Exercise, as we all know, serves to strengthen the muscles of the body: different kinds of exercise help develop different muscles. Within the last 15 years or so, physical fitness experts have been calling attention to the most vital of all muscles in the human body - the heart. We generally do not think of our heart as a muscle, but rather as the symbol or seat of our emotions. We never actually see our own hearts; we only know that that the heart is there inside each of us and that without a heart we cannot go on living. But the heart is a muscle, and like any other muscles of the body, it requires exercise to remain strong and healthy.

A 와 B는 공통적으로
심장을 exercise를 통해서 건강을 유지해야 한다는 내용을
포함시키는 것 같아요.
하지만
선지 A에서 심장 자체가 근육이라는 내용은 포함되지 못하는 것 같네요.
저는 이렇게 생각했는데영 a와 b는 심장이 근육이라는 걸 드러내지만, a는 마지막 줄인 '건강을 유지하라' 라는 것의 내용을 모호하게 서술해서 b가 더 적절하다고 봤는데..
첫 줄부터 exercise는 muscle을 강화시켜준다는 내용이 담겨있고,
또한 마지막 줄을 읽으면
It requires exercise to remain strong and healthy에서
exercise 와 심장 건강 유지를 같은 뜻으로 두는 것을 알 수 있습니다.
그리고 선지 A의 경우는
심장을 근육처럼 다루어라
> 다시 말하면 심장은 근육이 아니지만
근육처럼 Exercise를 해줄 필요가 있다는 의미가 됩니다.
따라서 A에서는 중간부분에 길게 설명한
심장 = 근육이라는 내용을 담지 못해요.
a 인거 같아요. 글의 핵심 내용이 심장도 하나의 근육이므로 다른 근육들처럼 강해질 수 있도록 운동이 필요하다. 이런 내용인데 b 는 당신의 가장 중요한 근육을 건강하게 유지하는 것 이잖아요. 이렇게 하면 건강하게 유지하는 방법이 음식일 수도 있고 운동일 수도 있고 규칙적인 생활일 수도 있고 다양하지만 글에서는 운동을 언급하면서 다른 근육들처럼 운동이 필요하다고 했잖아요. 그래서 a인거 같아요.
B같음...애매하네요
